About our founder

I am an entrepreneur passionate about managing and growing small and medium-sized businesses, while respecting and preserving the legacy and values of each business and its founders.

Before founding Bridgeway Legacy Partners, I served as Vice President at Heritage Holding, a lower-middle-market private equity firm, where I led a number of acquisitions and played a key role in strategic operational initiatives, as well as leading the transition of founders and sellers seeking retirement. Earlier in my career, I was a Summer Analyst at The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and playing tennis. I am also deeply committed to helping underprivileged children born with cleft lip and palate through my foundation, Humanity & Health EC. I hold an undergraduate degree in finance from Babson College, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude, and I am currently an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
